If the reason for the return is because you simply do not like the item you received, the return costs will be at your expense.
If an item received does not correspond to the order placed or is a defective or damaged item, please inform us so we can offer you a solution. In the latter case, return costs are free.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund in your account, deducting the corresponding delivery costs (unless the shipping is free or is due to an error or defect in the order).
