We print on demand, meaning we print the item when the order is placed. We ship worldwide.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Important: The carrier will attempt to deliver your order twice. After these delivery attempts, your order will be returned to the warehouse by the carrier. It may take up to 6 weeks for it to arrive at the warehouse. Once in the warehouse, we will reship your order.

Delivery times are:
- Spain: 5-9 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla: 7-15 business days.
- International shipping: 7-14 business days.
Processing your order from the moment we receive it can take 2 to 3 business days.
Note for failed delivery attempts:
There are a few reasons why an order may be returned to the sender, but most often it's because it couldn't be delivered. Reshipping fees will apply to orders returned due to non-delivery or incorrect address.Important: The carrier will attempt to deliver your order twice. Returns and exchanges:
Important: We do not accept returns for size changes as they are products printed on demand.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to make any changes or returns for defective products.
To do this you must contact our customer service department via email info@tiendapalestina.com indicating your name and surname, order number and item reference.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The return must be made using the same box or packaging used in the delivery.
If the returned item does not conform to these conditions, it could be affected to a depreciation of the item.
Return costs:
If the reason for the return is simply that you do not like the item received, the return costs will be at your expense.
If an item received does not correspond to the order placed or is defective or damaged, please inform us so that we can offer you a solution. In the latter case, the return costs are free of charge.
Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund in your account, deducting the corresponding shipping costs (unless the shipping is free or due to an error or defect in the order).
